What is KMP (Key Managerial Personnel)

If you are in HR then you must heard about the KMP. The word KMP stand for Key Managerial Personnel. So KMP is nothing but the details of personnel who is designated on high position who play a Key Role in Company Operations.

So here question raised whom we consider in KMP , So here I have mentioned the designation who is considered as KMP (Key Managerial Personnel).

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
  • Company Secretary (CS)
  • General Manager or Functional Heads

These designated personnel are backbone of the company, they contribute in taking the decision strategic decision and operation execution.
