An HR job is such a role where some qualities are required because HR is a central point of contact. They have to deal with all employees whenever there is a need.

Many people think that without an MBA, you cannot even get entry into the HR field, while some people say that skills are more important.

With experience, ₹50k+ is possible.

With MBA HR Salary:

  • HR Executive: ₹25k – ₹40k
  • HR Generalist: ₹40k – ₹70k
  • HR Manager: ₹80k – ₹1.5 Lakh+

The difference is mainly in the speed of growth.

I will support both options. If you have completed your graduation and you are thinking of doing higher studies in HR while building your career, then yes, you can do a full-time MBA.

But many people also do this: first they start their career as an HR, and later they do a distance MBA. This is also good for them.
